The seventh prisoner exchange of 2026 has been successfully completed.


160 Ukrainian defenders returned home, while 160 Russian servicemen were sent to military unit 61899 in Mosrentgen.


This was the second exchange in June, following the 185-for-185 exchange on June 5.


The post says Ukraine has repeatedly proposed an "all-for-all" humanitarian exchange, but claims Russia only prioritizes prisoners it intends to return to combat. It says older, wounded, sick servicemen, mobilized personnel from the so-called "L/DPR," and long-held POWs are often left behind, using them as leverage in negotiations.


The post urges relatives of Russian POWs to remember that, according to the project, Ukraine is ready for an "all-for-all" exchange and that Russia's position remains the main obstacle.
