Former Co-Chair of the Golos Movement Declared a “Foreign Agent”

The Justice Ministry has updated the “foreign agents” register. It now includes:

🔹Andrei Buzin, former co-chair of the Golos movement;

🔹Maria Vyushkova, co-founder of the Free Buryatia Foundation;

🔹Alexander Kabanov, a Russian and American chemist;

🔹activist Alexander Koloskov;

🔹Dmitry Semyonov, former Open Russia coordinator in Chuvashia.

In addition, today three foreign organizations were designated “undesirable” and banned in Russia:

🔹the American online publication Eurasianet;

🔹the Swiss community Russia of the Future — Switzerland (Verein Russland der Zukunft — Schweiz, VRZS);

🔹the Dutch foundation Next Level Initiatives (Stichting Next Level Initiatives).
