Operations at all ports in the Rostov region have “effectively stopped” because of drone attacks
Governor Yuri Slyusar told the Rossiya 24 television channel.
“Of course, they are also going through difficult times. At all three of our ports—Rostov, Taganrog and Azov—operations have effectively been suspended. Yet the loans remain, and so does the obligation to pay wages,” he said.
