In Sber, when trying to send a message, a notification appears: "Correspondence is no longer supported. Comments on transfers are available in the transaction history." T-Bank said that in the updated interface, the "Chat" section was renamed "Support," and conversations with other clients were deleted.

Against the backdrop of the "slowdown" and the near-total blocking of Telegram in Russia, users began looking for alternative ways to communicate with loved ones, for example in Avito chats. Russians also actively corresponded in online games and in the Sber app.
