The court seized all property belonging to Rusagro founder Vadim Moshkovich (Rusagro is one of Russia's leading agricultural holding companies)

Moscow's Khamovnichesky District Court imposed a precautionary seizure on the property of Rusagro founder and former senator from the Belgorod region Vadim Moshkovich, including shares in the agricultural holding itself. In addition to Moshkovich's assets, the court seized the property of former Rusagro CEO Maksim Basov, as well as people associated with them.

The prosecutor's office estimated the value of the seized Rusagro shares at more than 1.174 billion rubles. Earlier, the Prosecutor General's Office went to court demanding that the assets of Moshkovich and Basov be transferred to the state.
