Putin confirmed that the talks in Abu Dhabi will take place on November 10.


“Next week, on Tuesday, trilateral talks on Ukraine are due to begin in the Arab Emirates. Given that the talks are due to take place on Tuesday, I have invited the colleagues who will take part in them,” the old man said at a Security Council meeting.


The meeting was attended by Vladimir Medinsky, GRU chief Kostyukov, Putin’s aide Yuri Ushakov, and Deputy Foreign Ministers Mikhail Galuzin and Sergei Ryabkov.
