Russia attacked Kyiv’s Northern Bridge. The city is experiencing power, heating and water outages

Five people were injured in Kyiv in the overnight Russian attack, including a 14-year-old child.

Mayor Vitali Klitschko said Russia had struck infrastructure facilities with ballistic missiles. The Northern Bridge across the Dnipro was hit and has been closed to traffic.

Energy facilities in the Kyiv and Zhytomyr regions were also damaged. The power supply situation in Kyiv is “extremely difficult,” and heating and water supply systems have been disrupted, Klitschko said.

Chernihiv was left entirely without power after the overnight attack, the local city council’s Telegram channel reported. Electric public transportation has stopped running in the city.
