Russia, ‘under cover’ of the ceasefire in Oleshky, carried out a ‘significant rotation of personnel and equipment on the left bank’ — Zelensky

The Ukrainian president said this after a meeting with the heads of regional administrations.

“There was a report on Kherson and the overall situation in Kherson region. Unfortunately, under cover of the humanitarian operation in Oleshky, the Russian army carried out a significant rotation of personnel and equipment on the left bank. Additional occupying forces were brought into Oleshky and the surrounding community,” Volodymyr Zelensky said.
