Judge Tatyana Mikhaleva granted the corresponding Justice Ministry lawsuit, a SOTAvision correspondent reported from the courtroom at the Moscow City Court. The hearing was held behind closed doors; journalists were allowed in only for the announcement of the ruling.
🔹Center T is an organization that has been helping trans people in Russia since 2020. In 2023, it was designated a “foreign agent,” and its website was blocked.
🔵Earlier, courts in similar lawsuits banned the activities of the LGBTQ group Vykhod, the Russian LGBT Network, the Samara queer organization Irida, the LGBT Resource Center in Yekaterinburg, the association Guys+, and the Moscow Community Center for LGBT Initiatives.
