Moscow City Court upholds the decision to arrest journalist Oleg Roldugin

The Moscow City Court considered the appeal against the arrest of Novaya Gazeta journalist Oleg Roldugin. The court did not satisfy the defense's complaint, and the journalist remained in custody, Mediazona writes.

🔵Novaya Gazeta journalist Oleg Roldugin is charged under Clause “v,” Part 3, Article 272.1 of the Russian Criminal Code: “Unlawful access to computer information” as part of a group of persons. At Novaya Gazeta, he published investigations into Ramzan Kadyrov's circle and into the creators of the Max messenger.

🔵He was violently detained on April 9, and a search was conducted at his home. On April 10, he was placed under arrest for one month as a suspect.
