Mobile operators are sending out alerts warning Moscow residents, write Ostorozhno, Novosti, citing Beeline.


🔵Earlier, the BBC Russian Service and Kommersant wrote about planned restrictions on mobile internet in connection with preparations for and the holding of the May 9 parade. It was reported that the internet and SMS would be shut off, and that “white lists” might possibly not work, on May 5, 7, and 9.
