How do you surrender to a drone?

Modern problems require modern solutions.

Ukrainian drones have long and irreversibly changed the battlefield, reducing direct contact between the manpower of the opposing sides to a minimum. Over time, a “communication” function also shifted to drones: Russian servicemen began surrendering to Ukrainian aerial and ground drones.

By now, this surprises no one. Ukrainian drones with loudspeakers, or dropping leaflets with surrender instructions instead of grenades, are now quite an ordinary phenomenon. It does not matter to fighters of Ukraine’s Defense Forces by what method they take Russians prisoner if those Russians have changed their minds about fighting. The main thing is that the enemy lays down arms and adds to the exchange fund.

☝️Our colleagues from the Center for Strategic Communications and Information Security have created a video instruction for Russian servicemen on how to surrender to a drone. Everything is very simple: there is no need to invent anything, just let the drone operator know about your intentions.
