Russia has closed several border crossings with Latvia, Finland, and Estonia
The corresponding government order was published on the official internet portal of legal information on June 30. According to the order, the checkpoints with Finland at Finlyandsky Station, Vyborg and Svetlogorsk in Leningrad Region, Vyartsilya and Lyuttya in Karelia, the border crossing with Estonia in Pechory, and the border with Latvia in Pytalovo in Pskov Region have been closed.
The reasons for the restrictions and how long they will last have not yet been disclosed.
