In Russia, the crisis caused by gasoline shortages continues, triggered by the war and Ukrainian Armed Forces drone strikes on oil refineries. Restrictions on fuel sales have been introduced in dozens of regions, and people are spending up to 18 hours in lines at gas stations. The authorities, meanwhile, refuse to acknowledge any responsibility at all: the Kremlin says the government is handling the problem, while the government replies that there is no problem at all.
