Ivanov himself owned a 2,700-square-meter house on a plot of more than one hectare. It is located outside Moscow in the village of Zhukovka on Rublyovo-Uspenskoye Highway. According to FBK, this property is worth more than two billion rubles.

The video mentions a 926-square-meter apartment in the W Residences complex in Dubai. It was bought by the wife of Sergei Ivanov Jr., the former minister’s son, in February 2023, “at the height of the war and belt-tightening.” Such an apartment is worth 480 million rubles.

Among other real estate properties belonging to Ivanov and his family, apartments in Moscow are mentioned (their number, as well as their value, is not specified), as well as a seaside land plot in Kaliningrad.

At the same time, according to the former minister’s declarations, he officially earned only a little more than one million rubles a month.

Ivanov died on June 26 at the age of 73. Over the years, he held the posts of deputy prime minister and first deputy prime minister, defense minister, secretary of the Russian Security Council, and head of the presidential administration.
