DeepState updated the occupation dynamics for June.


84 km².


That is more than in May. But less than in all the other months of 2026. And it should be compared not only with May, but also with last year. In June 2025 it was 556 km² (chart 1).


But that is not all.


DeepState reports that it is still not possible to show the AFU's gains in offensive operations on the map, and if those were included, the Russian Armed Forces would actually have ended up in the red for the second month in a row. Maybe in July they will allow something to be published.


As for the successes of the Russian Armed Forces, they are on the same Kostiantynivka and Huliaipole directions. There were also certain advances by the occupiers near Ukraine's state border.
