Foreigner, remember: any Russian girl who takes an interest in you is a recruiter trying to lure you into the war! This is far from a joke, and this story lets us say so with confidence.

26-year-old Ugandan Kamujira Godfrey met a Russian tourist. The woman was hospitalized at the hospital where he worked. They exchanged contacts and continued communicating after she returned to Russia. At one fine moment the Russian woman invited him to Moscow, promising to help him find a job.

The guy readily agreed, especially since his friend handled the visa and the flight. However, upon arrival he was met by completely different people, who took him to something resembling a military base, and the woman stopped answering his calls. Kamujira was told that he needed to undergo certain “security procedures.” The guy was kept in a barracks for several days, put through several “interviews,” made to sign certain documents, and...

As you have already understood, Godfrey ended up in the Russian army. He was sent to the front near Lyman. During his very first combat mission he was wounded by a Ukrainian drone. The Russians abandoned him and his partner there as well (also a Ugandan) without food or water, ordering them to move toward the designated point. After wandering around for several days, the Africans reached Lyman, where they surrendered to the Ukrainian military.

Once again, we remind all foreigners: to avoid adventures like this, do not go to Russia, no matter who invites you there or what they promise you there. No matter who you are, a medic, an athlete, or a builder, you can end up in a “meat” assault and never see your family and loved ones again.
