Deputy head of Russia's Spiritual Administration of Muslims fined again over paintings in his office

A court in Moscow fined Damir Mukhetdinov 20,000 rubles under the article on "inciting hatred," reports "Ostorozhno, Novosti."

The reason for the fine was a photograph of Mukhetdinov's office on the website of Russia's Spiritual Administration of Muslims. In the photo, paintings are visible depicting the Battle of the Kalka River in 1223 and the capture of Vasily II by Kazan Tatars in 1445.

🔵Earlier, Mukhetdinov was fined 150,000 rubles under the article on "violating legislation on freedom of conscience, freedom of religion, and religious associations." At that time, the reason was the same painting depicting the events at Kalka.
