The Lukoil-Nizhegorodnefteorgsintez refinery, aka NORSI. Before this, it was attacked on June 24 - literally just last week. In total, this is the seventh successful strike on the Kstovo refinery.


According to analysis by "CyberBoroshno", the AVT-6 unit was hit. This is NORSI’s second key unit after AVT-5 was put out of action on June 24.


In theory, AVT-1 and AVT-2 should still remain there, but they have lower capacity.
