Well... DeepState hinted that in June Ukraine would come out with a positive balance, meaning we are talking about the return of more than 84 km² of territory.

It also needs to be understood that the 50 km² Molin is talking about, or the 84 km² DeepState is hinting at, is still an offensive within the tactical zone, not an operational-strategic offensive that could push the Russian Armed Forces back any significant number of kilometers from the current front line.
