Passage of the Graham-Blumenthal bill on tariffs against Russia's trading partners is expected in the Senate as early as this week. But the House will not be able to vote before September, since it is currently in recess, according to Bloomberg.
Sanctions against Iran were also added to the bill, but these are not any new sanctions, rather an extension of the old ones through 2031.
The final text of the bill has also appeared, running 61 pages.
