The EU has imposed sanctions on the developers of the poison found in Alexei Navalny’s body

The sanctions list includes six Russian scientists and military personnel involved in the development of chemical weapons, specifically the poison epibatidine, with which Alexei Navalny was poisoned in prison.

Those sanctioned are employees of the Signal Scientific Center Igor Babkin, Sergei Galan, Olga Yudina, and Alexei Aksenov, GosNIIOKhT employee Irina Derevyagina, and Colonel Mikhail Gutsalyuk of the Military Academy of Radiation, Chemical and Biological Defense.

All those involved in the development of chemical weapons, the killing of Alexei, and the cover-up of the crime must be held accountable. We will continue to seek the full truth and the punishment of those responsible.
