Victory Day parade in Voronezh canceled over “terrorist activity in the Russian rear”
The cancellation of the May 9 parade in Voronezh was announced by Voronezh Region Governor Alexander Gusev.
He accused Ukraine of increased “terrorist activity in the Russian rear” and said that holding the parade would become a “temptation to stage provocations.”
The governor suggested congratulating veterans “with the help of modern digital technologies.”
