Trust rating for Vladimir Putin falls by 3.4% in a week. This is the sharpest decline since the start of the war

Russian citizens’ level of trust in Vladimir Putin fell by 3.4 percentage points over the course of a week, according to the results of a VTsIOM study. The level of approval for the president’s performance also decreased, by 3.5 percentage points.

As Agentstvo writes, trust in the president has not fallen this quickly since the start of the war in Ukraine. Sociologists were told by 73.3% of respondents that they trust Putin, while 22.1% said they do not trust him.
