Russia will be producing gasoline of terrible quality, banned many years ago.

"The Cabinet has allowed the circulation of gasoline with 'Euro-3' characteristics in the Russian Federation until the end of the year, according to the published resolution.

Thus, a number of oil refineries are being permitted to release motor gasoline with reduced sulfur-content requirements onto the market. This will make it possible to direct additional volumes of fuel to the market, the Energy Ministry noted.
