⚡️Ukraine grants permission for a parade in Moscow on condition that the ceasefire is observed.
Yesterday, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced a silence regime starting at 00:00 on the night of May 5 to May 6. From that moment, Ukrainian troops are suspending combat operations, but will respond in kind if the ceasefire is violated by the Russian Armed Forces. To hold a parade in Moscow, the Kremlin no longer needs to shut down the entire internet in the capital from May 5 to May 9; it only needs to adhere to the declared ceasefire.
Ukraine’s primary goal is to stop the war and the loss of life. From the Ukrainian side, there are no obstacles to the ceasefire lasting not just several days, but becoming a real step toward establishing peace and ending this war. Unfortunately, the war continues solely by the will of one man, Vladimir Putin. All the deaths, bloodshed, and destruction that the war has brought to Ukraine and Russia are the result of his decisions.

Parade Works Fine Without an Internet Blackout
A Moscow parade only requires observing the ceasefire.
But cutting the internet is more their style.
