At the celebration of the 90th anniversary of the State Traffic Inspectorate of Russia’s Interior Ministry in Chechnya, Adam Kadyrov was presented with a commemorative jubilee medal. This was reported by his father, republic head Ramzan Kadyrov.

At the end of June, a video spread on social media showing the younger Kadyrov violating several traffic rules at once while driving a Range Rover. Among other things, he crossed a double solid line and drove into the oncoming lane, while speeding in the middle of a populated area.
