Shares in the St. Petersburg Oil Terminal were transferred to the Rotenbergs’ company

Rosimushchestvo transferred a 55% stake in the St. Petersburg Oil Terminal (PNT), seized from its owners, to the company Roskhim, Fontanka writes.

The St. Petersburg Arbitration Court granted the Prosecutor General’s Office lawsuit to seize the PNT shares in April 2025. The shares were owned by the children of the company’s founder, Dmitry Skigin. The grounds for the lawsuit were their foreign citizenship.

The appointment of new managers connected with Roskhim at PNT began almost immediately after the shares were transferred to Rosimushchestvo. When PNT finally passed to Roskhim is unknown, but as of July 10 the company was already listed as the owner of the shares.

Roskhim had been linked to the Rotenbergs for several years. In 2026, Igor Rotenberg, the son of Putin associate Arkady Rotenberg, began publicly acting as chairman of the company’s board of directors.

In recent years, Roskhim has been receiving strategic assets that are turned over to the state’s benefit through lawsuits by the Prosecutor General’s Office.
