The Moscow Patriarchate’s publishing house has released a new book by Patriarch Kirill, titled “War. Beyond the Visible Causes and Consequences.” Demagog magazine drew attention to it.

The announcement says that the book is “devoted to the metaphysics of war.” In it, Patriarch Kirill examines such concepts as sacrifice, heroism, patriotism, and victory “from a special angle of spiritual vision.”
