Turkey Deports Activist Ariadna Litvinova to Russia

Turkish authorities deported activist Ariadna Litvinova to Russia. This was reported by the Telegram channel "Prison Lawyer" and "Vot Tak".

Human rights defenders write that the girl was deported on July 4. Earlier, the activist had been detained by Turkish police. Details of the deportation case have not been disclosed.

It is known that the plane carrying Litvinova landed at Moscow's Vnukovo Airport. Human rights defenders believe that the girl is now being taken to St. Petersburg to be placed in a pretrial detention center.

"There is, of course, no contact with her anymore. Most likely, she will now be sent to a detention facility," they noted at "Prison Lawyer."

🔵According to investigators, in February 2025 Ariadna Litvinova wrote the slogan "Murderers. Peace to Ukraine. Freedom for political prisoners" on banners at a pro-war exhibition in St. Petersburg.

🔵She was fined 50,000 rubles for "discrediting" the army, and a criminal case for vandalism was also opened against her (later that charge was reclassified as "discrediting" the army). A court placed the girl in custody, but later eased the measure of restraint to a "ban on certain actions." After that, Litvinova flew to Turkey at the end of August, where her father lived.
