No Electricity in Yevpatoria and Saky, Water Supply Restricted in Several Crimean Cities

“We have once again encountered a problem with Yevpatoria’s power supply. As of 9:20, there is no electricity anywhere in the city, there is also no water in most districts, and the trams are not running,” the city administration said in a statement.

The exact timeframe for restoring the electricity supply is still unknown, the city authorities added.

🔹The city of Saky was also left without power after an “accident,” said administration head Yulia Predybailo. Krymsky Veter writes that the power also went out in Bakhchisaray.

🔹Several settlements in Crimea were left without water, RIA Novosti writes. This is due to emergency repair work on the networks, the Voda Kryma enterprise reported. Water supply has been restricted in Alushta, Sudak, Novy Svet, Yevpatoria, Saky, Feodosia, as well as in the Leninsky district in the west of the peninsula.

🔵Earlier today, monitoring channels reported Ukrainian attacks on the Crimean electrical substations “Zimino” and “Bakhchisaray.”
