Russia’s Defense Ministry said that Ukraine refused to suspend combat operations in Konstantinovka for the transfer of the bodies of dead Ukrainian servicemen.

Late in the evening on July 3, the Russian authorities announced that Russian forces had completely captured Konstantinovka.
