Yesterday the American press wrote that American intelligence is helping Ukraine strike oil refineries in Russia.

Vance said that the United States supports Kyiv giving up offensive actions, believing that it is better now to focus on defense.

"The Trump administration came to understand that while we are negotiating, Ukraine should be on the defensive to the greatest extent possible. That approach brought more benefit because it is easier...
