The Omsk oil refinery halted operations after a Ukrainian attack

Reuters reports this, citing two sources in the oil industry.

As a result of the strike on Russia’s largest oil refinery on July 6, a primary oil processing unit caught fire and was damaged; it accounts for about 38% of the plant’s capacity.

A unit that provides 37% of capacity has also been shut down. It may resume operations in the coming days, the agency’s sources claim.
