Dozens of young people and teenagers were detained on July 3 in the Kitay-Gorod area in central Moscow. Many of those affected reported beatings and humiliation by OMON officers. According to the detainees, stun guns were used on them. What else are the victims and witnesses saying? Bereg, a cooperative of independent journalists, spoke with eyewitnesses.
