Rosstat published weekly fuel data. The rise in gasoline prices has accelerated
Over the week from June 30 to July 6, gasoline in Russia rose in price by 2.1%, diesel fuel by 3.4%, according to Rosstat’s latest weekly data.
Average consumer gasoline prices came to 74.01 rubles per liter. The price per liter of AI-92 was 70.21 rubles, AI-95 was 76.19 rubles, AI-98 and higher was 98.04 rubles. A liter of diesel fuel cost an average of 87.76 rubles nationwide.
The Bell notes that this time Rosstat did not specify separately which region saw the biggest price increase. Last week it was Sevastopol, where gasoline rose in price by 30%.
Over the previous week, from June 23 to June 29, gasoline, according to Rosstat data, rose in price by 1.6%, diesel fuel by 2.2%.
