On the night of July 8, Russian forces again struck Kyiv, while the Ukrainian Armed Forces launched another attack on Russia’s oil infrastructure. Tankers from the “shadow fleet” in the Sea of Azov were attacked, as well as the industrial zone in Nizhnekamsk, where there are two oil refineries at once, along with refineries in Saratov and Ufa and the Borisoglebsk military airfield in the Voronezh region. One person was killed and at least eight were injured.
