This was announced at a meeting with Vladimir Putin by Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak.


Sources from Interfax and RBC reported at the end of May on plans to ban diesel exports. At the time, one of Interfax’s sources said that a ban on diesel fuel exports was unlikely, since there was enough of it on the market.
