✹ In Russia, a real estate transaction has been blocked for the first time at the request of a military enlistment office. The ruling was issued against a Samara resident who failed to appear for military training after receiving an electronic summons.

✹ Ukraine struck the Atlant Aero plant in Taganrog with missiles; the plant assembles Molniya-type strike and reconnaissance drones and produces components for Orion drones.

✹ Russia struck Chernihiv with drones. According to Ukrainian authorities, the drones hit a business, a hospital, a lyceum, and residential buildings. A 16-year-old teenager was killed.
