A plant where drones are assembled was hit in Taganrog
As a result of a Ukrainian missile strike on Taganrog, commercial infrastructure was damaged and a fire broke out on the territory of warehouses. Three people were injured, Rostov Region head Yury Slyusar said.
The governor did not specify what kind of warehouses caught fire. The Atlant Aero enterprise was hit, the outlet Astra concluded. Journalists carried out an OSINT analysis of photos and videos of the fire.
The facility in question is a plant that develops and manufactures drones. The enterprise, the outlet notes, produces Molniya-type strike and reconnaissance drones, as well as components for the Orion drone. The enterprise had already been attacked before: in January and March 2026.
The Ukrainian monitoring Telegram channel Supernova+ also writes that the Atlant Aero plant was hit in Taganrog.
Update. The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine officially stated that Ukrainian forces struck the Atlant Aero plant.
