This had been under discussion since late May, they dragged it out for about a month, but apparently realized that at this rate of strikes they would not cope.
Previously, close to 40% of diesel was going for export. I talked about this in a video the week before last, the screenshot is from there.
Also, let me remind you that the ban on aviation kerosene exports, introduced on June 1, remains in effect through the end of November.
