Semyon Slepakov has been put on the wanted list

He was charged with committing an offense under Part 2 of Article 330.1 of the Russian Criminal Code (“Evading the performance of duties предусмотренных by Russian legislation on foreign agents”). Slepakov was twice held administratively liable for violating the rules governing the activities of a “foreign agent,” the Investigative Committee reports:

“The defendant has been charged in absentia and placed on the wanted list. At the request of the investigation, a preventive measure in the form of detention in custody was chosen for him in absentia.”
