“We are discussing how to prevent speculation and ensure the normal operation of the fuel and energy complex. Among the solutions being considered are QR codes and an odd-even refueling system. There’s nothing scary about it; we need to make sure people are confident that when they arrive at a gas station, they will receive the amount of fuel they need. We will present the final options and proposals to the governors of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region,” he said.
