Zelensky created a “long-range influence on Russia command” within the Armed Forces of Ukraine

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said that he had signed a decree creating a “special command for long-range influence on Russia” within the Armed Forces. “This command must concentrate 100% of the available resources in order to reduce Russia’s military potential even more tangibly,” he said.

Zelensky did not say who would lead the command, noting only that the person would be “maximally experienced.”
