▪️There are also some things on the technology front to increase Ukraine’s lethality so it can defend itself against ballistic missile attacks.

▪️Trump was impressed by how Ukraine changed the course of the war. He was impressed by Ukrainian technologies that can help us [America]. I think President Trump likes winners and sees Ukraine in the camp of the winners.

Lindsey Graham is in Kyiv again, promising a bright future and new sanctions.

The last time Lindsey came to Kyiv was May 30, 2025, and back then... nothing happened.

His bill with 500% secondary tariffs on Russia’s trading partners has been gathering dust in a cupboard since April 1, 2025.

Whether the Senate will put Graham-Blumenthal’s long-suffering bill to a vote is more of a rhetorical question.

But be that as it may, Graham’s visit means that the wind in the White House has shifted again and is blowing toward Kyiv.
