Zelensky signed a decree creating a “special long-range command for influence on Russia” within the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

“This command must concentrate 100% of the available resources in order to reduce Russia’s military potential even more tangibly,” he said.

Zelensky did not specify who would lead the “long-range command.”
