The government allocated 4.3 billion rubles to tourism companies in annexed Crimea and Sevastopol that found themselves in a “difficult situation” because of the war

This is stated in a message from the Russian government.

"The government will provide financial support to tourism companies in Crimea and Sevastopol that have found themselves in a difficult situation due to the decline in tourist traffic caused by the actions of the Ukrainian armed forces. An order allocating more than 4.3 billion rubles for these purposes has been signed," it says.

The money was allocated from the government’s reserve fund and is intended for a one-time payment to employees of more than 4.6 thousand tourism companies.
