🔹Russia’s Foreign Ministry has begun drafting a bill to introduce exit visas, sources told “Mozhem Obyasnit.” The ministry itself called it “nonsense.”

🔹Politician Boris Nadezhdin was added to the “foreign agents” register. He said that he would “go on living and fighting.”

🔹In St. Petersburg, city preservation activist Oleg Mukhin and CPRF deputy Ivan Apostolevsky were arrested over links to Facebook and Instagram. Mukhin was detained on July 9 near the deteriorating historic building of Mikhailovskaya Dacha under the pretext of meeting with journalists. Apostolevsky was detained the same day near his home, on his way to a meeting with residents in Sosnovy Bor. They spent the night at the police station.
