Two informed sources told Frank Media this, as did sources of The Bell in the IT market and in the Association of Software Product Developers "Domestic Software," which Kasperskaya heads.

According to a The Bell source, the meeting took place in late April.

"She really went after the 'deuce.' She said: 'yeah, yeah, I recently met with them, they don't understand a damn thing there about the web, the internet, technology at all...'" another source of the publication said.
