Eight-year prison term sought in absentia for TV Rain editor-in-chief Tikhon Dzyadko


This is reported by Mediazona from the courtroom of Moscow's Golovinsky District Court.


Dzyadko was charged with spreading military "fakes" over two posts about the killings in Bucha and Irpin on his Telegram channel. He was also charged under the "foreign agent" law because publications lacked the required labels.


🔵Tikhon Dzyadko was placed on the wanted list in April of last year. In October, he was arrested in absentia.
